Mohenjo Daro, which means “Mound of the Dead”, is believed to be ground zero for a nuclear attack more than 4,000 years ago.

What was a very advanced city for its time with a modern road layout and  toilets, it is said to have been destroyed by a giant winged monster named Garuda in the Hindu text Mahabharata.  We can see the walls have been melted together, or vitrified, people lying dead in the street, molded to their surroundings, some of the skeletons testing 50x normal radiation, as well as references to hair and fingernails falling out and boils on the skin.
